Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager acts as a vital strategic partner to the manufacturing leadership team, taking charge of various HR operations, talent management initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position emphasizes collaboration and development, aiming to enhance HR processes within manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Coach and support supervisors in effective management practices.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions.
- Champion continuous improvement in HR processes across manufacturing facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR within a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and a solid understanding of employment law.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time as needed.
