Job Summary
The Field Service Technician for the 2nd shift is responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for our products and services. The role demands technical expertise and customer service skills to resolve equipment issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on customer equipment in the field.
- Install and set up new systems and machinery as required.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service processes and outcomes.
- Document service visits and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Work collaboratively within a team to enhance service delivery and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a field service technician or similar role.
- Strong technical skills with mechanical/electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including 2nd shift.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
