Job description
The role of Field Service Technician involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, directly at customer sites. This position also entails conducting preventive maintenance and keeping precise service documentation and van inventory. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of practical technical experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, as well as the capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights.
