Job Summary
We are in search of a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. This onsite position focuses on enhancing our service delivery and ensuring that we maintain the highest quality standards in customer programs. The role encompasses a variety of tasks, including installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting to meet our brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations and maintenance of equipment.
- Resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee parts and equipment as necessary.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality service programs.

- Experience in field service or related technical fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
