Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Field Service Technician based in Cleveland, Ohio. The technician will be primarily engaged in hands-on activities to provide effective support, ensuring high standards of quality and safety while performing their tasks. This position requires the ability to work remotely or travel to various locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on support for service operations, maintaining optimal quality and safety standards.
- Utilize a work order management system to track and manage service requests efficiently.
- Follow established rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions as required.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting in the field.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction and successful service delivery.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a field service role or technical support position.
- Proficiency in using work order management systems.
