We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician with expertise in Electrical-UPS systems to join our team in Hermiston, OR. Responsibilities
- Follow the Fatigue Management policy to maintain optimal safety and performance.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and ensure accurate documentation of all services rendered.
- Provide reliable field support for electrical infrastructure and UPS systems.
- Collaborate with the team to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in field service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field service, particularly with electrical systems and UPS technologies.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on-site.
- Technical troubleshooting skills and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
