Job Summary
We are collaborating with a manufacturing company located in Westerly, Rhode Island, to recruit an Entry Level Field Service Technician for a direct hire position on the first shift. The technician will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient setup and operation of equipment, as well as performing basic maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the safe setup and operation of equipment.
- Conduct basic maintenance and inspections of machinery.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed.
Qualifications
- Completion of a year of college or attendance at a technical school, OR at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- A willingness to learn and develop skills in field service operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
