Job Summary
The Manufacturing Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the plant. This position is responsible for leading department supervisors to achieve objectives related to safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to department supervisors in the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure that safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved.
- Manage labor and capital resources effectively.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to assess operational efficiency.
- Drive initiatives focused on continuous improvement within the plant operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing setting.
