Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on medical equipment to guarantee functionality and safety.
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are ready for patient utilization.
- Collaborate with team members to address any equipment-related inquiries or issues.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Engage in training and continuous learning to stay updated on the latest technologies and services.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing duties both onsite and with customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical proficiency with medical equipment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, though training will be provided.
