Job Summary
The Field Service Technician I position at Baxter is designed for individuals committed to delivering top-notch support and ensuring product readiness for patient use. Responsibilities
- Conduct technical evaluations and maintenance on a variety of rental and customer-owned equipment.
- Ensure devices are properly functioning, ready for patient use, and meet regulatory standards.
- Provide high-quality service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks performed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair medical equipment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Willingness to work on-site during the designated shift and be adaptable to various tasks.
