Assembler
Akron, Ohio
Pay Rate: $25-30 The Assembler will be responsible for the full physical assembly of electromechanical products. This includes structural assembly, component installation, routing conduit and pathways, and ensuring the finished product meets both functional and quality expectations. Assembler Responsibilities:

• Assemble complex systems from drawings and schematics.
• Install mechanical components and route conduit and enclosures.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve build issues and improve manufacturability.
• Help define and document repeatable assembly processes.
• Support the transition from prototype to repeatable production.

Assembler Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Experience in mechanical assembly, industrial maintenance, or complex equipment builds.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset.
• Experience with ruggedized, industrial, or marine equipment is a plus.
