Job Summary
The Field Service Technician I role based in Tualatin, Oregon, focuses on ensuring product readiness for patient use, encompassing a variety of rental and customer-owned equipment. This position is integral to providing high-quality service that contributes to exceptional patient outcomes, allowing employees to experience a sense of purpose and pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all equipment is prepared and maintained for safe and effective patient use.
- Conduct regular inspections and necessary repairs on rental and customer assets.
- Collaborate with the service team to resolve any equipment issues promptly.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns regarding equipment handling.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of service performed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry preferred but not required.
