Job Summary
The technician will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving intricate mechanical and electrical problems within conveyor systems. This position requires close interaction with engineers and clients to create, assess, and apply effective material handling solutions.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical problems in conveyor systems.
- Repair and optimize conveyor equipment for enhanced performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and clients to design and implement material handling solutions.
- Conduct testing to ensure the efficiency and reliability of systems.
- Provide expert recommendations based on system evaluations and client needs.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the conveyor or material handling sector.
- Proficient in both mechanical and electrical systems related to conveyance.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time to meet job demands.
