Job Summary
The Field Service Technician I position in Tualatin, OR (2nd Shift) focuses on the maintenance and repair of various medical equipment at client locations and service facilities. This role requires hands-on work, including cleaning, disinfecting, troubleshooting, and performing minor repairs while also providing direct support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Service and repair medical devices at customer sites.
- Perform cleaning and disinfection processes on medical equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues with devices and conduct minor repairs.
- Engage directly with customers to provide necessary support.
- Operate a vehicle to travel to service locations as needed.
- Be available for on-call support for urgent service requests.
Qualifications
- Experience or training in servicing medical devices is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Valid driver’s license for vehicle operation.
- Willingness to work onsite and engage in hands-on tasks.
