Job Summary
The role of Field Service Technician II involves executing installations, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring the functionality of various telecommunications systems. This position is crucial for effectively managing installation projects, offering both technical and customer service support.
Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot telecommunications systems.
- Manage installation projects from start to finish.
- Provide technical support and service to clients.
- Ensure system functionality and reliability.
- Participate in the maintenance of systems including Cable Locating, Battery Maintenance, and Key Systems/PBX.
Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications or related field.
- Military experience is considered relevant.
- Demonstrated ability in project management and problem-solving.
