Job Summary
If you’re eager to drive change, consider the role of Field Service Technician-Network. In this position, you will be responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of network systems, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients. You will also manage various projects related to system installations, providing technical support and guidance throughout.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure network systems for customers.
- Troubleshoot network issues and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Manage project timelines and ensure successful installation of telecommunications systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through direct interaction and support.
Qualifications
- Proven technical expertise in telecommunications networks.
- Military service experience may be considered in lieu of technical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with clients and team members.
