This role also includes managing, training, and mentoring staff, while ensuring exceptional customer service and relationship management. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED along with a minimum of 2 years of management experience, including oversight of at least 5 team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license are essential, and candidates should be willing to travel up to 40% of the time.
