Job Summary
The Field Service Technician for Network Solutions is essential in providing support to Edward Jones branch offices and vendor locations. This role encompasses the management of maintenance tasks, as well as installations, movements, and additions of equipment within network systems.
Responsibilities
- Support Edward Jones branch offices and associated vendor sites.
- Conduct maintenance and management of network equipment.
- Handle Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) processes.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards in the handling of company vehicles.
- Work closely with the CBIZ Network Solutions team to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- Education from a technical school or equivalent combined with two or more years of experience in IT.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with network systems and cabling.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
