Job Summary
The Field Service Technician role at Rivian involves ensuring the functionality and safety of vehicles in a night shift capacity. This position is based in Glen Burnie, Maryland, and requires the technician to operate on-site while being dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Manage the logistics of parts and necessary operations for service efficiency.
- Conduct test drives and road assessments to verify the quality of repairs performed.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing client concerns and inquiries.
- Work both independently and as part of a remote team for various service locations.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in automotive service and repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and under varying conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
