We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team in Abbeville County, South Carolina. The operator will play a crucial role in facilitating the production processes at our asphalt plants. The position requires an individual who can effectively contribute to operational efficiency and uphold quality standards in asphalt production.
Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee the asphalt plant machinery to ensure smooth production operations.
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures during production.
- Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance production efficiency and address any operational challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Relevant experience in asphalt production or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plant operations and equipment functionality.
