Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician for the night shift position located in Oklahoma City, OK. This role requires a hands-on technician, capable of providing exceptional service directly on-site or at customer locations within Oklahoma and Arkansas. The technician will ensure all repairs and services are accomplished without compromising on quality or safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for various equipment.
- Travel to multiple locations as required to provide service and support.
- Ensure that all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
- Manage and inventory necessary parts for repairs efficiently.
- Document service activities and maintenance instructions accurately for compliance and tracking.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong technical skills in equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and in diverse environments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
