Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electric vehicles to uphold Rivian’s high standards of quality.
- Ensure all operational tasks comply with established rules and maintenance instructions.
- Manage the inventory and utilization of necessary parts and equipment for repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during field operations.
- Document and track repair processes to maintain accurate records of service provided.
Qualifications
