Job Summary
The Senior Assembler plays a crucial role in offering sophisticated technical assistance in the intricate processes of assembling, testing, and calibrating products related to the medical and life sciences fields. Additionally, they take on the responsibility of serving as a technical leader on the shop floor, providing mentorship to team members, addressing production challenges, and upholding adherence to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the complex assembly and calibration of medical and life science devices.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Mentor and guide staff in assembly techniques and compliance protocols.
- Resolve production-related issues swiftly to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all assembly processes meet industry regulatory standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly, particularly in a regulated environment.
- A high school diploma is mandatory.
- Technical certifications or an associate degree are preferred qualifications.
