Job Summary
The Field Service Technician role based in Portland, OR, is pivotal in maintaining the operational integrity of Rivian’s vehicles. This position focuses on conducting inspections and overseeing field service operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards without sacrificing quality or safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to guarantee optimal performance.
- Execute field service tasks effectively, addressing any operational issues.
- Contribute to day-to-day Parts and Operations Management to streamline workflow.
- Utilize schematics and technical documents to support troubleshooting and repairs.
- Maintain familiarity with chassis systems and execute maintenance activities as required.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and technical schematics.
- Experience in field service operations, preferably in an automotive environment.
