Job Title: Internet and Phone Service Technician
As a technician, you will independently carry out installations and repairs for both residential and commercial internet and phone services, as well as configure customer equipment effectively. Your role will involve troubleshooting connectivity problems to ensure an outstanding customer experience, alongside keeping precise records of all service-related activities. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, along with prior experience in telecommunications, installations, or utility roles. Ideal candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of working in diverse weather conditions, with the physical strength to lift up to 70 lbs and operate a bucket truck.
