Job Summary
The Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and connecting with candidates to establish a robust pipeline for the Worksite Division’s network of 1099 agents. This position demands oversight of the entire recruitment process, beginning with outreach and screening to coordinating interviews and achieving yearly hiring objectives.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates to develop a talent pipeline for the 1099 agent network.
- Manage all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to final hiring decisions.
- Facilitate interviews and ensure alignment with annual hiring targets.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for 1099 positions.
- Background in the insurance or financial services industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse.
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
