Job description
**Field Trainer**
The Field Trainer is responsible for overseeing training initiatives, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and delivering practical instruction to apprentices and technicians across multiple job locations. This role involves performing quality control assessments and working with management to identify and address performance issues while fostering employee growth. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications field, particularly in fiber optics, along with at least 2 years of experience in developing and implementing educational solutions. Travel to various job sites is a requirement, and candidates must be skilled in using field testing tools such as OTDR and OLTS.
