Job description
**Senior Back End Software Engineer**
The Senior Back End Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and sustaining scalable microservices, while also providing mentorship to team members to promote technical excellence. This role involves working closely with product and data teams to enhance infrastructure and convert technical ideas into impactful business solutions. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience within a fast-paced software environment, along with expertise in server-side programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and extensive experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes are essential.
