Job Summary
The Filler Operator is responsible for overseeing the operation of machinery that fills products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols during the third shift. This role requires attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot various filling equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor filling machines to ensure proper functioning.
- Adjust settings and troubleshoot issues to maintain product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Document production reports and any maintenance activities performed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in a filling operation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work the third shift schedule.
