Job Summary
The Field Service Technician position at Peninsula Iron Works, located in Portland, Oregon, focuses on the maintenance, installation, and training associated with heavy equipment. This role is essential in providing hands-on support and consultation with engineering teams to enhance equipment functionality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Perform startup and maintenance tasks for heavy machinery.
- Deliver training to operators and customers on equipment usage.
- Collaborate with engineering staff to assess and improve equipment performance.
- Work closely with Product Support Managers and Office Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in field service or related roles, particularly with heavy equipment.
