**Job Title: Final Assembly Technician**
The Final Assembly Technician plays a key role in constructing components by following blueprints and adhering to quality standards, utilizing a range of tools and machinery. This position also involves inspecting completed products for any flaws, ensuring a safe workspace, and working closely with team members to achieve production goals. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, along with the capability to read and understand assembly instructions and blueprints. A foundational mechanical aptitude and the physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry out repetitive duties are essential for this role.
