Job Summary
The Finance Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of financial information by conducting thorough ledger assessments, generating reports, and creating intricate financial models for management. This role also involves offering analytical insights to executives, engaging in process enhancement initiatives, and providing mentorship to team members.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ledger reviews to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and present financial reports for management review.
- Develop and implement advanced financial models to aid decision-making.
- Provide analytical support to leadership and enhance financial processes.
- Mentor and guide staff in financial practices and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent investigational skills and effective communication abilities.
