Job Summary
The Financial Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization. This individual is responsible for managing financial transactions, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Conduct thorough reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
