Job Summary
The position of Financial Analyst involves support in various financial tasks, including costing, variance analysis, and assessment of patient account and operational data. The role is crucial in maintaining efficient financial operations and generating ad-hoc reports, collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis of costing and variance to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Evaluate patient account and operational data for financial insights.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required.
- Collaborate with internal customers to promote financial understanding and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in financial contexts.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis techniques.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
