Job description
The role of Financial Center Supervisor involves leading sales initiatives and ensuring outstanding customer service while managing the daily operations of the branch. This position includes coaching and mentoring staff to achieve performance objectives while upholding rigorous risk and compliance standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is desirable. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business or sales is required, along with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
