Prepare monthly external contract reports and client billing, and develop budgets, forecasts, financial models, and management reports. Analyze variances, trends, and costs; collaborate across teams to improve FP&A processes; and provide ad hoc analysis and support monthly close and results reviews. A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required, and at least two years of finance or equivalent experience is preferred. Candidates should have advanced Excel experience, strong analytical and communication abilities, accuracy, and a proactive approach; healthcare or staffing costing experience and financial modeling proficiency are preferred.
