Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with credit union members.
- Identify and assess members’ financial needs.
- Recommend relevant credit union products based on members’ requirements.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of member interactions.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards.
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to reach performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational abilities are necessary to manage member interactions effectively.
- Proficient relationship management skills to engage and assist members.
