**Job Title: Fintech Startup Founder**
In this role, you will take full ownership of, develop, and operate your own startup within the fintech industry, focusing on refining your product to meet market demands effectively. You will also engage in a comprehensive personal growth program and receive assistance in establishing a sales team, as well as procuring funding in the multi-million euro range. The ideal candidate will be a driven entrepreneur ready to take on the challenge of scaling a startup to exceed €100M in revenue. Proficiency in English communication is essential, and candidates should be based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocating.
