**Job Title: Selling Flex Associate**
The Selling Flex Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by fostering relationships, suggesting products, and executing transactions. This role also involves upholding merchandise presentation standards and contributing to operational goals aimed at enhancing sales and customer loyalty. Applicants should be committed to customer service excellence and capable of handling physical duties, including lifting items weighing up to 40 lbs. Additionally, candidates must be comfortable using technology and possess a flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
