Job description
The Associate Director will lead the strategic direction for fire protection and plumbing initiatives, ensuring effective execution of projects, optimal resource distribution, and overseeing departmental performance metrics. This role involves cultivating relationships with senior-level clients, spearheading business development efforts, and integrating technology and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineering and must have a Professional Engineer (PE) license. A minimum of 13 years of pertinent engineering experience, demonstrating a strong background in senior leadership and program management, is essential.
