**Firearms Sales Lead**
The Firearms Sales Lead is responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, enhancing sales outcomes, and ensuring adherence to all applicable federal and state firearms regulations. This role includes offering guidance to team members and upholding exceptional standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old, possess a high school diploma, and have a solid knowledge of firearms and safety protocols. The position demands the capacity to stand for extended durations, lift weights of up to 35 lbs, and accommodate flexible scheduling that includes weekends and holidays.
