Job description
**Customer Service Specialist**
The Customer Service Specialist is tasked with supporting wholesale and retail clients by providing product recommendations and addressing any issues to enhance customer satisfaction. This role includes upholding store standards, achieving sales targets, and handling transactions along with inventory management. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Additionally, candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and be available to work evenings and weekends.
