**Sales Outfitter**
The Sales Outfitter plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service at the firearms counter and guiding customers in their selection of hunting gear. This position involves accurately completing ATF 4473 forms and ensuring that retail displays are organized and well-stocked. Applicants should be a minimum of 21 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in retail and possess a solid knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and applicable federal and state laws.
