The Fitness Counselor plays a crucial role in driving new membership sign-ups via various sales initiatives and referral programs. This position also involves overseeing the membership billing processes while delivering exceptional customer service to club members.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek new membership enrollments through sales strategies and referrals.
- Oversee the billing processes associated with memberships.
- Provide outstanding customer support to club members.
Qualifications
- Strong abilities in sales and mathematics.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, including availability on weekends and holidays.
- Must undergo a background check prior to hiring.
- CPR certification to be acquired within 30 days post-employment.
