Job Summary
The Fleet Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting regular preventative maintenance and performing essential repairs under the guidance of the Fleet Manager and Lead Technician. This role necessitates the disassembly of components and adherence to established industry standards, while also responding promptly to service requests.
Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles.
- Perform necessary repairs as instructed by supervisory personnel.
- Disassemble parts and components for inspection and repair.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with industry standards.
- Address and resolve service calls in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in fleet maintenance or a similar capacity.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with maintenance standards for various vehicle types.
- Capability to work collaboratively under supervision.
