Job Summary
This position involves delivering non-medical support services to elderly clients in their homes. The role emphasizes the importance of client care, adherence to personalized care plans, and responsiveness in emergencies while providing a compassionate and reliable presence in clients’ lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and personal care tasks.
- Support clients with exercise routines to maintain their physical health.
- Assist with shopping and meal preparation according to client preferences.
- Handle light housekeeping duties to create a comfortable living environment.
- Adhere closely to each client’s care plan and report any unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator.
- Respond appropriately and effectively to any emergencies that may arise.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in caregiving or home care settings.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Demonstrated compassion and reliability in caring for clients.
- Physical capability to perform necessary tasks associated with the role.
- Commitment to following health and safety standards.
- Availability for both full-time or part-time employment in the United States.
