Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will oversee personalized healthcare for clients with developmental disabilities, which includes performing site evaluations, assessments, and medication reviews. In addition, the LPN will serve as a medical resource for the team and ensure adherence to both organizational and state regulations. Applicants are required to possess a valid LPN license in Indiana. Previous experience with individuals with disabilities or in long-term care settings is desirable, alongside effective communication and organizational abilities.
