The Flight Nurse provides advanced emergency and critical care to patients during air or mobile transport to higher-level medical facilities. Additionally, the role involves public relations, medical education, and maintaining compliance with nursing standards and ethics. Candidates must hold a valid Ohio RN license and have at least 3 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department or Critical Care setting. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and either EMT-B or a professional nursing certification.
