Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, offering a competitive hourly rate of $40 along with a sign-on bonus of $5000 for both full-time and part-time positions. The successful candidate will provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients across various facilities, adapting to dynamic environments and ensuring high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in multiple settings.
- Assist in the assessment and implementation of patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patients’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records ensuring compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN license.
- Previous nursing experience is preferred, especially in diverse settings.
