Job Summary
The Surgical Technologist – OR plays a crucial role in facilitating surgical procedures by preparing the operating room and ensuring all necessary instruments are sterile and ready for use. This position is essential for supporting the surgical team and safeguarding patient well-being throughout the surgical process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures.
- Ensure all surgical instruments are sterilized and organized.
- Assist surgical teams by providing necessary tools and equipment during operations.
- Maintain a sterile environment to promote patient safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline surgical workflows.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile techniques.
